METFORM ENGINEERS is in the business of Metal Forming by cold forging. Metal is forged into various shapes at room temperature, using special presses. The advantages are numerous. Thirty years ago, when the process was relatively new, we pioneered in establishing the process with a single Press. Today, with the widely known advantages of less material, less machining and higher production, the process is gaining tremendous interest in our cost cutting environment. We have now grown to an ISO/TS-16949:2009 Certified company processing 100 tonnes of steel, to make nearly 2 million components every month.
